Instructions for Other UMMC Residents, Fellows and Appropriate Trainees
The Excellent Teacher course is made up of various modules and evaluations related to principles of teaching and learning, and the course is offered through Canvas. To register for the course, click on the icon below and complete the registration form.
Once you are registered, you will receive an email confirmation. Then, to complete the course, follow the steps listed below.
- Log into Canvas using your UMMC username and password.
- Click on Courses, and click on the Excellent Teacher course. Familiarize yourself with the Excellent Teacher course, and click on Modules to begin.
- Click on the first item, and proceed through the modules until all are complete. Note: You may log in and out of Canvas, completing the modules at your own pace and convenience.
- Click on Grades to ensure that you have received credit for all assignments.
